Returns:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer exchanges on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to try a different scent or product, please reach out to our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
